Anthony Bartolome Borras has been practicing law in Florida since 1991, first in his own office and then as co-founder of this firm. In addition to handling bankruptcy cases, foreclosure defense and mortgage modifications, he has also provided aggressive defense to clients charged with the most serious crimes, including capital crimes. He has participated in approximately 100 jury trials. While he prepares each case as though it will go to trial, Mr. Borras explores all avenues of dispute resolution. Prior to obtaining her law degree, Toni Latino served as a senior litigation paralegal for several south Florida law firms, as well as the American Civil Liberties Union. As a legal intern, she formed the Community Legal Assistance Center in Fort Lauderdale. After completing her law degree, she worked as an independent family law attorney until she co-founded Borras & Latino in 2007.
